Warrior weapon advice wanted please!

Ok, got my brother to come here to SoD and his warrior is almost 13 now. I have realized I do not know a single thing about warrior weapons for taunt and such.

Could some kind person please list some good ones for levels broken down by 10's?

Like level 10-20ish a good weapon is ______________
20-30 etc

Iced Edge. I believe it has a hate proc. on it, or some sort of proc. It's fairly low level and you could probably buy it for 100 pp...although I guess that's quite a bit at that low of a level.

Basically, the lower the delay is, the better a weapon will taunt. Mind you there is no "damage bonus" unlike Live, so a 40 / 80 is the same as a 1/2 weapon for statistical purposes, just that the 1/2 will taunt like an absolute slut.

I keep wanting to name off weapons but they are all rather high. Use what you can get would be my best advice. As the character grows, so will your knowledge as to what is best to use.

Just look around. It's hard for a lot of us to say what weapons to use for particular levels now because quite recently level restrictions on all weapons were introduced. Previously, only a few had it and thus usable at any level.

So, agro is reflected from the number of hits VS the amount of damage? Does higher damage not impact your agro at all? It would seem too. Do procs really help too in that case?

Even if no one can name the weapons, maybe someone can explain the basic warrior methods/techniques for pulling agro and holding it over all the others? (yes, I know taunt make you high agro+1)

A fast weapon will create a lot more agro than a slow one, even if the ratio is the same. The upside to using a slower weapon is that you'll get less ripostes. That won't really affect you too much until the end game.

That being said, damage output and procs also effect agro. Some weapons have agro procs on them and even a simple damage proc will develop that much more agro. I was able to hold agro quite effectively on my monk just through pure damage.
