Warrior Spirit in Halas

I am having issues with the warrior spirit quest line in Halas. The Antique Armor kit will not make the combine for the bracers. the wiki says it needs a rusty orc bracer I was wondering if that was the issue. I have tried a rusty orc wristguard and an orc bracelet but neither work. I reported it to a gm and he said he had heard of the issue but thought it was fixed. My question is, is it broken or am I not looting the right bracelet?

I may have updated the wiki with the incorrect item; the Rusty bracer should drop from the newbie level orcs, but I'm reasonably sure I formelo2Wiki'd that item.. Let me check.

Also, are you making sure to combine it with the abrasive sand from the warrior vendor right there?

Rusty Orc Wristguard is the correct item. I am dumb and updated the wrong name on that one, because I based it off of the quest text. Sorry about that.

yes using the abrasive sand and have tried the wristguard I keep getting incorrect combine.

Hum. Just making sure, you've got the following in your Antique Armor Kit, in single item quantities:

Tundra Wrist Pattern
Rabbit Pelt
Bone Chips
Cord of Rabbit Sinew
Rusty Orc Wristguard
Abrasive Sand

Right?

yep and have also tried deleting kit and pattern and re hailing the npc.

so it has to be the quest itself. I rolled a new barb warrior and was not able to make the combine with that toon either.

Ok so I have completed this the issue was only using 1 bone chip instead of 2. Thanks for everyone's help!
