Knights have the advantage that they generate predetermined amounts of aggro with their spells, any one can do it. Warriors need to stay diligent about their weapons and sometimes make dynamic choices about their ability usage, that and a sting of misses can be pretty rough on your aggro generation though a flurry and a string of cripples can make you a lock on aggro for the rest of the fight.
For best results bloodlust all the time, at all times, all of it, always. /s 6 is your bread and butter, not only does it regenerate a % of the damage you do, but it significantly increases all aggro you generate when it is up. When combined with Driving Strike /s 8, it is one of the better ways to get solid single target aggro. It lasts long enough once used to get 2 abilities off (maybe 3) and it is one of the few abilities that isn't tied to your weapon delay. I believe it lasts about 6 seconds and recharges in 8 seconds, so obtaining a 75% up time on this guy is what you're looking for. Dollar for dollar, thats where the money is in aggro generation.
For single target I would say Bloodlust > Driving Strike > Whirlwind. Multi-targets (3+)don't change much Bloodlust > Whirlwind > Driving Strike > Rampage, unless you had 2 targets where I would say its Bloodlust > Driving > Rampage > Whirlwind.
When I was just breaking into 65, and for awhile after, aggro could be a real problem. The majority of the time it would be a jackass DPS being bad but sometimes it was legit difficulty, very rarely off of people who weren't out-gearing me.
Some easy fixes are AAs. The +aggro AAs (advanced anatomy) have a pretty steep price for the warrior just starting out but it is well worth it. + Aggro Items, there is like one or two BoE items with some +Aggro on them and I want to say there is at least a piece or two from the early Tmaps (VE-Mod) that will help. Procs help a lot and I would say at the higher end has as much to do with aggro as your weapons. You can pick up a nice mask from Fearstone Keep in the throne room. The Frilak Terror Master (in front of the throne there are 2 other mobs that spawn in that spot a PH and a named for the MQ) drops the mask VERY rarely, which outside of being a pretty good piece of equipment when fully leveled also has a GREAT lifetap proc clicky which will help with your survivability, aggro and dps. Get that mask, for realzies.
Some things looking forward would be better weapons. You have a pretty solid start, more or less what I had at your level. I had a Leif and a ruby hilted long sword. The RHLS is slightly better ratio than the Thurg spear but I don't think the difference would be noticeable enough to buy one but if you could pick up the quest pieces fairly cheaply (or farm them yourself) to get the pristine version you might notice a difference. I picked up a Kirk'set Adamantine Pincer because of the high ratio and delicious tanking stats but I don't know how much that really helped me in aggro. Not having a proc on a weapon is a big aggro loss. There is a .75 ratio weapons with a great proc out of Cmal3. If you are a good little saver, you can pick up a Solarflare for 17-20k and on top of being a pretty solid weapon and one of the highest BoE ratios, that proc is amazing for aggro. Or you can do the quest to get the blade of suffering, which is a .76 with a lifetap/mana drain proc but it is fairly involved and tagging along in pugs or in any t6+ guild will get you equivalent weapons.
