Warlord vs. Mariner, concerning bards

I just noticed that Chestplate of the Mariner - http://img508.imageshack.us/img508/8643/eq0000387hn.jpg is not usable by bards, while Chestplate of the Warlord - http://img508.imageshack.us/img508/8682/warlordplate7em.jpg is.

:brow: This seems odd, since the +Cha and lower AC of the Mariner plate is more suited to bards, while the higher AC and melee stats of the Warlord plate is more suited to tanks. Can you take the BRD designation off of the Warlord plate and move it to Mariner, or just add BRD to Mariner?

Once again, I see a plate piece with good Charisma for bards, yet it's not Bard usable. Was this intentional? If so, bards should be able to use more gear like this as compensation for the removal of song twisting.

You are an idiot, but you are right about these two items and they will get bard added to them.
