Recast timer on this clicky is 1 hour, is that intended or never tought of as a puller item ?

same click its a dps clickie not a pull clickie, if you tried to pull with this you'd just get summoned

belt is one hour, all ebolt clickies are. clickies w/ recasts require a spell in the parser, in this case an exact copy of ebolt but with a 3600 second cd
