Is this item intended to be droppable? Everything else from the zone is nodrop, and since people are flooding it in auction I have to wonder. :x dunno if someone brought this up before me. But considering the repeatable status of the encounter and the ease of getting to it seems pretty wrong to be droppable.
 
It used to be no drop when it came out then all the sudden you can sell it. But there are only so many enchanters out there it will just be vendor trash soon.
 
It won't be vendor cash because vendors don't buy it. It's not Bind on Equip, not No Drop, It allows a L50 enc to cast a L53 spell with 1/2 of the cast time and no recast timer. It has a lot of mana, and the AC of a shield.

The drop isn't guaranteed, from what i've seen it drops about 1/3rd of the time.

That said:

Make this shit no drop please, it is insane, and and previosuly stated the price will deflate pretty rapidly as it only has one class on it.
 
Well an enchanter is recommended in hatefury... but you could roll with a necro and bard mez, but like I said it used to be no drop, they changed it. Unless it got bugged
 
yeah it was nice actually having to do the zone to get this little clicky

considering the stats are of a tier 3ish raid drop, and you can effectively farm multiples a day pretty easy (zone in, kill coercer, port out, wait 10 mins, repeat) this is pretty fucking stupid to be dropable. Unfortunately, there are already so many on the server it doesnt matter now =/
 
A GM accidentally made this droppable. I wish he would have brought it to my attention sooner. I am reverting them all to original owners.

If you purchased one petition in game with the entire transaction detailed.
 
On second thought going to be checking kill flags with wand possession. ATM there are 20 on the server.
