Wailing Cape of Mummification

I would like a upgrade to the above linked cape please. Taking into consideration the difficulty to obtain, and how similar it is to Cloak of Coralsha (which is tradeable as well) it is underwhelming. (Most of my group even suggested that Coralsha's cloak was infact better.)

Nothing wrong with that cloak. And the Cloak Coralsha certainly isn't "better" then it.

unless you have capped stamina, mummy cloak will give you more ac, more hp, more resists, and more stats.

That would be great. I have no idea how this item should be balanced honestly. When I look at the other items dropped they are the best item in their perspective catagory with few exceptions. I do not feel that this cape fits that description, but I like it as it is only because I hate having 2 sets of gear for resists and stats. So even if it is left alone completly, I would still wear it.
