Helleron of the Plains doesn't seem interested in help anymore. He doesn't offer any quests, he merely states that "Hrmm. Please do not disturb us, Human. We have had enough of strangers lately."
He accepted Centaur manes for faction, which got me to ally status, but he still offers no quests, and will not accept Ulidrak the Insane's mane for the quest reward bow. Anyone have any advice, or experiencing this as well?
