Vendorlist Missing Effects

I've noticed quite a few items are missing their special effects when viewed on the vendorlist. Earring of personified thoughts, twisted imp bone earring, robe of the council for example. It would be nice if all effects showed in the vendorlist, as it makes selling or buying these items difficult to those who aren't familiar with the items.

I think mindshield also displays as spell shield which I always think is spell ward and end up severely disappointed.
