Valorium Leggings wt mix up?

I believe the monk leggings were mixed up with the warrior leggings wt... Its my only guess as why the .4 wt is associated with the WAR/PAL/SHD/BRD leggings while the MNK leggings are 2.3 wt

I mentioned this to Wold ages ago, and he said they were working as intended ... I thought it was a mix up too at the time.

I made the weight high specifically because there were two other pairs of legs in the tier for monks that were better and harder to get - I did not want to water down the legs for everyone else who can use them. I see that I failed to make it make much sense with the warrior legs though. That much I can change.
