My Enchanter Salanthas was working his way to get ready for the the enemy waves but at some point he lost his flags( atleast i think thats what happened ).
I did all the steps to handing the trinkets (the 2 no drop items from the corrupted commanders house). Now i know he used to be able to hail commander and get attacked but he lost that. So i finally got a group there and try to hail him and it didnt' work. So i hailed him with the warrior i had there(who i did the quest up to that point also) to make sure Commander wasn't bugged. Of course he attacked. We killed him and i looted the Stone on my Enchanter. Now i understand if i have to do the commander again. But i hope not. Salanthas still can't hand the stone to the captain to start the next part of the quest.
