VAH Faction

Was wondering if there was a way to raise faction with the VAH Scouts, I am a DE Necro and they don't seem to like me much. Any help is much appreciated.

Do the actual vah quest, Pretty sure this puts you way above amiable relatively quickly

Still waiting on my illusion: Vah spell.

I will speak with him to start up the quest, but being that the scouts have been KoS to me since day one, I didn't know if there would actually be a way to speak with the scouts for the next part. I can use illusion I guess, just wanted to know if there was a way to actually raise it.
