UT and Thaz 1/2

Why not split these into 2 seperate wings? The gap in difficultie is pretty big. most people in Thaz 1/2 don't need things from UT wings.... would open up more "claimable" content and also prevent further claim disputes. like Earlier today was in a pug and was beaten by Sanctuary by claims. we wanted to do UT Earth. and they wanted to do Thaz 1/2. didnt even bother with the wings we wanted.....

Cuz if you wall look from UT earth, you are about 25 feet from where thaz 1 happens, Same applys for water and thaz 2 i believe? The problem is the actual space between each encounter is so limited that chances are your going to end up on each others aggro list.

I had this happen to me once when fwf first formed i was still running fearless and i had asked skyee if it was cool if we just afked in UT earth well they finished up, Well half our raid got on the aggro list witch ment they ware more than 18 in turn ment that half there toons couldn't do anything, So its not so much someone trying to be mean its just there isn't the physical space

Edit: Oh they wiped i got jailed (and unjailed about 10min later) and everyone but one person (You know who you are) Had a big giant laugh about it

ah ok, thats a good reason. i always wondered the reasoning behind the fact that it wasnt already 2 different wings. but that makes complete sense

also due to something that happens during thaz 1 you can break mezzes of the other raid in the zone causing them to wipe.

I would imagine if people were doing Thaz 1 or 2 and a boss in Upper it would lag the zone like crazy as well.

It used to...and it was awful. I am not sure if that zone is stable enough to have all of those scripts going at once.

The other big reason for this is that the first time a guild does thaz 1, they must have every UT boss dead.

If one guild was trying to get their first thaz1 kill, and a competing guild had already killed it, they could just port up whenever they saw competition getting close to clearing UT and claim Thaz1, easily cockblocking that progression.

Thats the name of the game mang.... your reasoning makes no sense. everyone else does....

That is not the way the game works in any other zone I am aware of.

In most places, once you beat something the first time, you are allowed to progress. In Thaz, all UT bosses must be down for your first Thaz1 kill.

A guild could clear all of UT, and then hope 1 spawns before repops, but smart competition will kill 1/2 at the similar times to other UT bosses dieing, blocking progression indefinitely.
