Username/Password was not accepted?

ok, i just got this and im having problems getting on. Each time i try to use the winters roar patch, it keeps giving me this error: Error: Username/Password was not accepted for file transaction.
Please send a email to [email protected] concerning this error.

i hate emailing and i was wondering if anyone knew what to do. thanx :lol:

Send them and e-mail or find them in IRC chat, that's normally an indication that their FTP went down.
