Upcoming Winter's Roar Class sites (need your input)

Seeing how well Ranger's Haven is taking off, I have decided to build class sites/forums for other WR classes.

Another option is to create a single website with links to each classes forums, that way if someone else creates a site I can just change the link, and if no one ever does, there will still be forums for that class.

If anyone is already creating a class site OR will be in the near future please let me know so I don't spin my wheels, I see no need for more than one class site for the server.

This will be a very large undertaking and I would prefer to have people step up and volunteer to help or create their own site entirely.

That sounds great Millenimy. Nuncio has also stepped up and offered to create the SK website. Whatever help you need just let me know.
 
I'd like to help with the Shadowknights :)

LIke Tarrax, not really a web design or anything practical. I'd help with moderating though.
 
I can create the site, but all my info posting and editing would be gonig to Rangers Haven. What I need is input as far as names for the sites goes....

Currently this is what people have sent:

Monk-The Iron Fist
Druid-The Druid's Glen
Shaman-The Medicine Bag
Pally-Knights Sanctuary

Those are what people have PM'd or sent me in game...but I am looking for suggesions. Like I said, I would love for people to create the site's but I definitely don't mind creating one for each class, it will just take time.

That would be great..Nuncio had also wanted to create an SK site...I will edit your name in...I am keeping a running log of everyone who has volunteered on the first post.
 
I'll do whatever I can to help with an enchanter site. Especially if it's dedicated to them rather than to all the casters. Chanters are just plain superior :finger: :lol:. Meh, I should probably get everything all fixed and running so I can get the feel of them here first though.
 
Yeah, I'm hardly qualified to create the site myself but I'll do anything I possibly can do to help anyone who does.
 
Played a chanter up to 68 in live, so I could assit in tactics and general questions. Playing a monk in WR cause...well playing a chanter was driving me crazy :D

Just gonna be the coordinator. I can get them up and running but others will need to do the moderating updating. I'm hoping that enough people band together and get their own class sites going.

I just think it is something lacking and that much of the questions in ooc could be answered on a class specific site, especially for the new players. :D
 
I can setup a Beastlord section off my server with out issue if there is enough interest ..

Currently running a YaBB board there that was put up for old guildies to stay in touch but never saw much use to date.

Coding

I can code up a fairly decent site if anyone needs, just don't get in a tremendous rush. I'm fairly picky and perfectionist, and will likely cry if you don't like it.

I can't do phpbb's, but base sites I'm ok with. You can provide your own graphics and I'll fit'em in somewhere if you need. [email protected] if you want some help.

There are also some fairly spiffy free wysiwyg web-building tools out there, Mamba is fairly decent for a fully functioning alternative & can be updated on the fly. Coffeecup is free for a bit, and if you don't go for the pro its free from the ground up it just doesn't have alot of functionality.
 
Tarp, don't worry about a cleric site, I think I can handle that one ;o

Gonna set it up here in a few, actually, soon as I get a break between hardcore exp grinds :p
