Unimplemented Effects

So far 4 lvl 60 recommended poisons with no implemented effect.

• Certain Death -- based on recipe should be: ATK debuff + Poison-based DoT with splurt
• Burning Fever -- based on recipe should be: AC debuff + DD + Disease-based DoT
• Paralysis -- based on recipe should be: Slow + Stun
• Greater Paralysis -- see Paralysis only greater

Any chance these could be implemented?
