Undercity plate - added aggression

I noticed that at some point in the past while the BP from Ganlak and the gauntlets from primalist gained sizeable aggression mods (4 and 3 respectively) and just wondered what was up with that and which whiny tank I can kill for getting this changed roughly a year after zone release.

I hate to agree with bards or ever side with bards but that bp was pretty much the most awesome thing back in the day when it gave charisma,spellshield and the much needed poison resist. It ruined the tyranny that was the melodic breastplate or denos bp combo that every single bard ran rampant with(ok, rust robe too). They were probably the best bard loots from the zone and its sad to see them be turned into +AGGRESSION when there is already superior tank items for these slots.

If you do not know what I mean I am one hundred percent referring to the superiority that is pal/sk gloves from thaz and their subsequent bp for warriors too.

This came from a discussion in giggly guild chat about he fact that otcho and draelyn were still wearing the Vah tmap range because t9 ish tank loot had no aggression and they couldn't get capped. so zaela sad she'd add more and that's where it went.
