Unbinder in Pocket Plane?

Is it possible, feasible, etc., to put an unbinder/vendor in pocket plane? All tradeskill vendors are there, and while I know you have limited unbinders to caster guilds, I wouldn't think this would be over powering, and possibly even increase more folks from silver/gold to plat, for the convenience.
