Unable to read eqmain.dll

EverQuest was unable to initialize the file EQMAIN.DLL.

I keep getting this error when i try to launch the game. I've tried to reboot my computer, deleting the EQMAIN.dll file and restarting EQ. But I haven't noticed any difference, it keeps poping up. Anyone know the fix for this? Downloaded EQ, 4GB - 69KB/s so that is not an solution that I would like. Though that's proberly my only choice? Or is it an fix for this error?

Saw that my graphicdrivers had been uninstalled somehow o_0 going to try to install them first, maybe that will fix the problem.
