Unable to login

I get the following message after attempting to connect to the server (the screen after logging into my account):

"Cannot login to the Everquest server. You may need to re-run...."

I've attempted repatching, but have not had success. Any thoughts?

Have you tried to disable anti-virus and firewalls and then log-in? And if you had anti-virus enabled when you installed, you might want to uninstall, disable, and reinstall.
