unable to load eqw.dll

hello everyone new user here..
i have been trying now for couple days to get this started up and i keep running into this error. i have read the posts on it and cant seam to find that config button people are talking about. any feedback would be great


also i have just recently patched to Eqlive 4/24/05 would this be a factor in my problem?

If you are looking at the everquest patcher it's not there. It's in the WR patcher.
