Unable to get sarsUI, requires password?

It asks me for a user and pass to try and download/look at these UI's, what is it? Tried my game/board login, no worky...

Not sure why security was added to that download folder on the server, but if you need them get them here:

Sars Caster UI
Sars Melee UI

how do i make an old SIDL EQ UI compatible with SoD? i had this great druid-specific UI back in the day...
