Unable to complete quests.

Hi, on my level two Iksar monk I am unable to complete quests. I will talk to an NPC and work through all bracketed phrases, and nothing will happen. When the NPC is hailed, normal dialogue comes up. Nothing like "Have you returned with the items?" or "Thank you for doing the mission" etc comes up. I have the required items (on two quests) and other quests have never worked:
Dried Leech Sucker x2 for the guard quest.
Froglok Hide x2 and Froglok eye x2 for the monk quest.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there a universal trigger like "I'm done" that I'm overlooking? Or is my character bugged?

Have you given the items to the quest giver. Like you would trade with a player character?
 
Yeah, you have to give the items to the quest giver (I typically make sure that I put the items in their individually, ie not stacked together). No Drop items can be handed in.

ps. I believe that you can hand in stacked items but never tested this because of bad experiences with live not liking it.

I'll give it a try. Vendors are selling froglok skin and eyes so it's not that big of a deal to find 'em. I can't believe the solution was so simple, ha. Thanks a lot!
