I didn't see this moved to the quests section, so I figured I'd mention it as it's affecting me too.
The NPC Ulwaen the Virtuoso does not respond to /cm d1 after presenting you with post hail options. The original post in tech support said that a zero is often added to the end of his name sometime during the chat text, but I didn't notice/wasn't paying enough attention when I came across this.
