On the file link off the main site page what are the UI's are they skins??? could someone inlighten me plz

UI= User Interface. You may also call it skins, yes. But its not only the look, they provide different functionality (i.e. see exp-bar without opening inventory, make clickable items useable without opening inv. and so on)
