UI / Content question

Hello there,

I've been playing EQ for a while in the old days as well as a little of Shard of Dalaya a long time ago, and now is the time to get back in!!

And im not alone, im bringing some friend too :D

But, before going back I just wanted to fix a few question I got in my mind;
First, when I began Shard of Dalaya, I was going completly crazy because I dont know any command to get all the UI option, as well as thing like specialisation and other special detail. So I was just wondering if there was somekind of place where I can find all the command together to help me satisfy my journey into SoD? :)

Also, a major fact I loved about EQ was exploring zone/dungeons. Since I might be doing this alone and that I was thinking about doing a magician, I wanted to know is there enough place to solo for every set of lvl?
I remember well EQ for being the game where at some point you could'nt do anything whitout a group hehe...

the second M in MMORPG is multiplayer. So while you *can* solo, no, there is not a set of content designed for you to solo your way to 65 using. The entire game is designed around grouping.

I dont know what your UI command journey is referring to. Sorry.

That said, as a magician, I believe you could solo to 65 if you truly wanted to. Note that much of that would be in outdoor, open zones as opposed to dungeons, which you would have a much harder time soloing.
 
About the world group/solo subjet, im just afraid that it will be hard and long to form a group at certain lvl.

About the UI command, I dunno if it is now a thing of the past but the first time I logged in SoD, it took me like 3h to figure out how to pop out the equipement window and such.

I've took a long search in the wiki, found a few special command (like for specialisation), but nothing about those UI window.

I believe I could resolve the problem be downloading a new UI, in this case is there any suggestion?

what Arcen means is Alt W is a windows selector tool that helps with alot of that but if u just want to quickly hit a letter and open your Invintory just hit ( I ) if you want the map to popup tap Backspace. if you want to attack hit Q hum what else are some of the basics for low levels Alt A (think this is right) brings up the actions window.

theres a few other things like Alt O brings the game's options up., from there you can go to keyboard and acttuly make your own hotkeys if you would like or just see what all is there now. (another one off the top of my head is Numlock will make ur char auto run in 1 direction)
 
If your truely set on Solo and exploring dungeons etc, then I would go necromancer over Mage.

Necros bring so many tools to thier soloing capacity and exploration (FD, Invis, Pet, Dots, DDs, charms, InivUn, Heals etc).
