Hey guys, not sure if there are any other fans out there, but figured I'd post a reminder about this. I myself almost forgot and would have wanted to shoot myself in the foot if I missed out on Cro Cop and Mike Bisping fighting. It's free on Spike TV, at 9 pm est.

Yeah man, but Gonzaga's a beast. Cro Cop definitely didn't seem prepared though. He's gone against Fedor and survived longer than that shit. But, Cro Cop apparently doesn't watch videos of fighters, and trains in a fucking ring still. I'd say he's not taking it seriously, but I highly doubt that.

Anyway, so awesome fights. Bisping really put the hammer down.

Most disappointing fight of the night was Andre Arlovski and Werdum. Man. If I had wanted to see two men dance, I could have put in the high-light reel from So You Think You Can Dance.
 
arlovski was a boring fight, but it was also a VERY important fight, I think he fought smart.

Well, he certainly couldn't lose the fight. But, there was still a lot of striking he could have done while standing up. He didn't have to just run away when he was getting hit.

I guess his next fight he'll have to be a lot more entertaining.

cro crop is known for being double jointed, so that shit was pretty normal...also when you get knocked out, a lot of things become more flexibe and injuries that would normally happen don't. either way, cro crop walked out of the cage fine, walked off a plane today with a slight limp, and he confirmed he's not retiring yet.
 
He's got a lot of great fights left in him. I don't know what happened in the ring with Gonzaga. I'm not sure what to make of it really. Cro Cop doesn't leave things to chance, and he was taking Gonzaga very seriously, so you can't blame that aspect of the game. Is Gonzaga just that good? I'm just not certain. Another fight with another high ranking heavyweight will tell I suppose.

Also, Cro Cop really got pushed around in the cage by Gonzaga. I haven't watched many of his fights other than the highlight reels, but Cro Cop seems to usually be the one pushing the pace. I think if he had survived first round, Cro Cop would have pulled it out and started fighting his game, rather than Gonzaga's.
 
Cro Cop really didn't seem comfortable in the cage at all... All the other fights I've seen him he pushed it the entire time and that fight it was like he didn't even show up to fight. I think they were right when they said that not training in a cage affected his game.
 
Just an update, Cro cop is fine. Say's his foot was looked at and its just a really bad sprain, and will probably need some rest for a few weeks.
