Type 4 Augment...?

So i've noticed that on my Swiftshot, Bow of the Avenger there is a slot for a type 4 Augment.

Does anyone have a link or quest or any info on a type 4 augment? I checked the wiki and couldn't find anything, and also searched the forums to no avail. Any info is appreciated.

The idea is in the works, but there are no type 4 augments yet. It's been talked about before, but no augs yet.

[Wed Jul 18 14:20:46 2007] Admin-Wiz BROADCASTS, 'Bows will get augments with fletching revamp - crafted augments that add to your bows crit rate.'
[Wed Jul 18 14:20:55 2007] Admin-Wiz BROADCASTS, 'Weapons - no current plans, but open to the idea if the ts dev wants to do it.'
