Two questions regarding the quest journal

1) Is every quest supposed to be added to it? If so, should I notify the staff when I get a quest that isn't added to the journal?

2) Is there any way to delete or move entries in my quest journal?
 
yes you can move quests from active to inactive, which is where i put everything im not activly working on. cant remember exact syntex but /cm journal help should show you how to do it
