War Is Good For Business
The boots are from a named in the back of fire grottos that summons volleys of adds; he's kind of squirrely and not easy to get to. The orb is from the lady of sorrows in catacombs. For the boots, I'm not sure what to do; for the orb, perhaps change the effect to Shadowbond? Bond of Night is 50 hp a tick, which isn't really anything at level 65, and the orb itself is comprable to other, much easier to get pri/sec/range items. If these could be looked at and rebalanced to reflect the difficulty in attaining them, it'd be much appreciated. Thanks for your time.
edit with another thought: it's worth it to consider that boosting the effect on the orb keeps it with its own flavor, whereas boosting the stats moves the item closer to its contemporaries instead of farther.
