Tvidrik below Underchurch

I just picked up this necro quest from the newport sewers from the Necro GM.
He wanted me to go to Underhill and find Tvidrik (the damned I think) that is said to be hiding with his cultist BELOW the Underchurch.
Now I think I found the Underchurch, the PALADIN/CLERIC place, but I cant seem to find Tvidrik anywhere.
Any help at all would be most appreciated.

There is a secret passage in the cleric part of the cleric/pally hall iirc. I believe it takes you down to the rogue guild. Maybe the individual you seek can be found there.
