trying to get old charecter

i played on winters roar as a 52 ranger named kinhoul and when i loged in after not playing in a long time my charecter was not there anymore is there any way i can recover him i have tried sending emails to the staff but i get a email back saying they failed to go through
i would really like to pick up where i left off.
the account name was annie2021 i belive i can log in on it but he is no longer there=(
 
i change the email address and it is still missing
i had a list of accounts sent to email and im possitive it was that account
i had 2 other accounts with low lvls on it and they are still on the accounts
but on my 3rd the 52 ranger is still not there
i have tried everything it seems like havent talked to a gm or anything though dont know how to contact one
i tried emailing staff but i get a reply email saying that the message was not recieved
and thanks for replying to my question hope it gets fixed somehow
