trouble with full screen

well, i cant seem to get it to go into fullscreen mode, im always windowed no matter what i do, has anyone ever had this problem, does anyone have a solution?
 
WHich brings up a question... why is EQW option defaulted as ON? While I am sure it has a reason, I cannot yet fathom it myself.

well, umm could you be alittle more specific? I dont wanna sound noobish, but could you tell me in detailed instruction, if you mean, uncheck the eqw in the advanced options, it wont work, the game crashes, anyways, please tell me precisely what you mean, sorry for being a dork, i just cant stand windowed mode X_X *sigh* thanks

Yea, in response, it does crash, but this topic is no longer needed, since i found a solution. I just deleted everything, and reinstalled everything, and when i started the dalaya patcher for the first time (this time around) i had the eqw unchecked in the advanced options, thus giving me fullscreen so problem solved :D but thanks to everyone who responded to my question and i hope to meet yall in game, peace.
