Trouble logging in

Getting a 1001 error: cannot connect to everquest server.

I was playing, zoned into nexus, it froze, I crtl-alt-del ed and now I can't log in :/

Any suggestions, or shared misery?
 
Thanks for the quick response. Maybe it's the login server like before. It would be cool if there were a way to edit the UI to allow directly logging in.

Would probably make a lot of security problems though.
