Trouble getting past the EULA/Shock screen

I'm having the same problem some others are having in that I can't get past the eula after patching(complete). the mouse just doesn't hover on the box ( it kinda goes to the background) and I can't alt tab or anything ( alt-enter, windows key, etc). If I run the everquest.exe directly from the eq folder I can get past it thru alt-enter but that takes me to the station log in. Any ideas on how I cna get past this?

Yes, the Faq stated this:



I can't get past the EULA/Seizure Warning screen!
a. Open up the patcher, select advanced -> Repatch all. You have to do this every single time you patch to live.
b. Try with both EQW enabled and disabled.
c. Try clicking the mouse randomly, and it might fix itself /shrug


But none of it worked =(
