Traps Broken?

I was just wondering if sense/disarm traps are broken? For two reasons -

1) I tried training disarm traps at the guild leader, and spent 5 skill points to bring my skill to 20. I logged out and when I came back my skill was at 15 again. I thought maybe it was just a bug and proceeded to spend another 5 skill points only to have the same thing happen.
2) My rogue is now a level 19 and I haven't had a skillup in sense traps (despite using the skill at least 200-300 times) since around level 16.

Anyone know what's going on?

What level did it say that you had to be to train it?

It doesn't have a level since I've already trained it in the past - which is primarily what led me to believe it was broken - it used to work and no longer does.

Let me rephrase that: At what level did you train it?

Hmmm...that I'm not sure about, but I don't think I spent any extra skillpoints in it at the time, so I would say level 15.

Okay, if you spend another point at the trainer it should work now.

Will I be able to gain skillups in Sense Traps as well?

Well, I can now gain skillups in disarm traps, but I still haven't seen any skillups (other than the one I trained at the trainer) in Sense Traps.
