This isn't exactly an original thread, but why isn't there a Translocate to Heartlands? Right now, it's the only Wizard gate/portal spell that lacks a Translocate, which is kind of odd. Given the fact that there's a gate/portal there and a good chunk of the Main Quest and faction-quests take place there, it'd be a very nice addition to the spellbook.
