Trackmaster II text

I just bought Trackmaster II and noticed that it says the following:

This Codex requires you to have completed learning from the following Codexes: Trackmaster II

Can't learn from it until you've already finished it and you can't finish it unless you learn from it!

yeah all class II tomes seems to have the same issue, just go get it translated for 2000pp in erimal and u can learn from it just fine tho.
