Tower of Tharyhl

Any chance we might see this back soon. This was by far the coolest zone in game imo.
And it has been down for so long now since it came down with Plane of Air.

Tower of Tarhyl, named after the god Tarhyl. Not to highjack thread or anything, just wanted it right. As for ToT's revamp, I have no clue.

I will give a huge thumbs up to this motion. ToT was indeed the very best zone in the game. Fun and challenging trash mobs (with pretty decent loots) and amazingly fun trials.

Yes there was. The tunnel in First Ruins caved in on itself and with that, the only tether ToT had to Dalaya was destroyed. Every plane has a physical manifestation for entering it, and if it doesn't, then the plane is inaccessible . That's how I see it anyway.

Tarhyl = Mass port or First Ruin; Torment = Mass port or Dreadspire; Air = Mass port only; Water = unofficial zone and mass port if ever to be added :?

Air's connection with Dalaya is in Northern Badlands. Tower of Tarhyl's connection has been severed. The Plane of Water has no current connection, hence why you can't port there.

The physical portal to Plane of Torment is in Dreadfang.
The physical portal to Plane of Air is far, far above Northern Badlands, as you'll know if you fight the Windrider.
The physical portal to Plane of Water is currently being constructed by the Bearers of Truth in Athica.
The physical portal to Tower of Tarhyl was deep in First Ruins, but has collapsed, and the plane has thus become inaccessible.

I remember doing a GM event a while ago which started in Erudin and then moved to First Ruins. At the bottom of First Ruins we killed the boss mob and then got summoned to the Tower of Tarhyl (if memory serves correct). I thought that was the reopening of the zone, but I guess not? By the time I got the zone files everyone was dead/had left the zone and there was nothing for me to but walk around and explore. There were mobs up, however, so I didn't get back.

Is it possible to zone into PoA through the top of NBL?

Well, lore-wise it's not, but in practice it's exit-only.
