Totally N00b got Problem with Full screen Mode

Hey Guys.
I'm sorry but iam a total Noob in Everquest. If i run the game with the patcher it works and i can connect the server. But the game never runs in Full Screen Mode.
How can I fix that, so that i can just play it in Full Screen?
