Torrent of Pain / Hate behavior?

I tried a search but didn't see any other comments about this.

These are listed on the Wiki has group spells instead of single target debuff/recourse. And they almost seem to work in that way, as when I cast Torrent of Pain/Hate both myself and my pet get the recourse.

But, it is only myself and my pet. If I'm in a group none of the other group members gets the effect, which I kind of thought was the point of the spell?

Was this changed intentionally, or is there something wrong here?



EDIT: I posted in this forum because I mean this as a request to get this spell working as a group buff

It doesn't seem to work for my SK either. The good news though is the higher level group recourses do work.

I've also asked a few other SK's in game, they said the same thing, that the higher ones do work but these first ones do not. I assume from this that the group dynamic was not intentionally removed from these spells and something borked it.

Now I just wonder if someone capable of looking deeper into the issue may be reading this forum?

Shameless bump.

Group +AC / +ATK for a short duration would be nice, and is what I expected these spells to do anyway. Still wondering if this was an intentional change to these spells (they effect yourself and your pet, but no other group members) or if there is a chance this is a mistake and can be fixed?
