Any chance this guy has been put more in line with the other mobs in this zone? It's an xp area and to compare the normal "high end" mobs here are level 42ish... Torlog is around 50 IIRC. The murdered paladins proc a level 29 necro spell that siphons 40hp per tick. Torlog? Procs a level 57 necro spell (wtf?) that siphons 220hp per tick according to wiki.
It's not so much a problem with him being tougher (hits for over 100), but Vexing Mordinia is insanely overpowered for a mob that is 7 levels less than the necro spell in question.
The murdered paladins were brought in line some time ago (as they used to proc a 150hp per tick spell). I think Torlog was overlooked.
