Tooltips

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post and sorry if I missed an obvious answer...

I was wondering if there is a way to turn on tooltips for abilties and items, when I mouse over the item or ability, the game just gives me the name of the item or ability and no stats.
Or does SoD even use tooltips? and if not, is there an acceptable addon to show tooltips?

I haven't played for years so its hard to remember all the spell and gear info

Abilities: No way in game. Check the Wiki.
Spells: No way in game. Check the wiki.
Items: Hold right mouse button over item, a new window will popup with the stats. If you want the window to stay open (instead of immediately drop), move the mouse.
