What are the Exact pre reqs for starting Codex of Power 1?

I have 251 spent AA's and I'm 65 but when i open the book it says that i lack the pre reqs.

You use aa's to make the yourself powerful, im i getting this right ?
 
Also, if you have any aspirations of joining a 'high end' raiding guild at some point... then dont start tomes so early! With 251 AA's spent your not even nearly done yet, i can be pretty sure of this without even looking at your fomelo!

Edit: Didnt notice some1 kicked this topic from a few weeks back, I see ur working on resists now. That is good, they should at least all be finnished! Another line of aa's you may want to consider:

- innate agi
- advanced innate agi
- combat agility
- lightning reflexes

In later raiding you will encounter more and more mobs that do Phantom Strikes. The above aa's will benefit you (and the person healing you even more so) in avoiding this type of dmg. With finnishing your resists + above aa's you still have at least 60+ aa's to go. Then i am sure there is the occasional 'gadget' aa you might wanna get. But the way i see it your going to end up with no less then 360's aa's before even beginning to work those tomes :)

Lol, sorry. That may have come over in a way i didnt mean it to :D

Point in case is: If you are in any raiding guild, your not going to be able to make it with so few aa's.
 
Beittil is just saying most aas will bennefit you more on raids then the super small % you can put in a tome instead of in that AA.
Like if you buy Lightnig reflexes for 15 aas you really notice it working and those 15 AA into a 200AA tome doesnt help you that much. So you prolly want all usefull or remotely usefull AAs first.

Even necros can use at least 400+ AAs before going tomes. when i see your necro and i see him lacking charisma for one im like wtf.

He has no time to xp, u see. He is way to busy making sure you and i get to have cool augments :D

Ps. I still agree tho, casters just NEED those cha aa's :)

In my defense, with the buffs I usually have while raiding, I get pretty damn close to the 485 max (412 base plus any combination of the following; 50 shammy buff, 25 scitterpox recourse, 5 froggy). The real WTF is why I don't have hidden strength maxed in order to actually take advantage of that.

Yeah i thought the guy doesnt reach cap and that is why he doesnt have hiddenstrength capped so i thought he should get Cha to get capped
 
lol @ Scitterpox , level 64; 525m and no resist adjust, to get the CHA from it you actually need to land it first :p

stupid other necros making fun of my ugly chalessness... gonna have to delay Ikisith development to exp again... or shut off tomes... but they so pretty... this sucks... hate you all... must add 10 more annoying grind quests as retribution

I do wonder at times how much Cha =~ -1 resist adjust (pre and post hidden strength cap).
