Tome of the Mind

I've asked a few people and searched the forums but nobody seems to know for sure about this so figured I'd post and ask. I know what the tome does, i.e. gives crit heals for extra WIS and crit nukes for extra INT. My question is about the cap number - I am a druid so I have plenty of WIS and am not worried about that. I'd like to be able to get the crit nukes as well. Does anyone know if I need to go over 305 INT (the in game client caps it here) or 355 (the same as wisdom, and I believe where fomelo caps it)?

Also, I assume that you can use Enlightenment to help reach this number?

With Innate Enlightenment: 375, 395, 415, 435
Without Innate Enlightenment: 325, 345, 365, 385

I'm sure buffs can help you reach these numbers just like anything else.

Okay that's what I assumed. Is there a reason then that the client shows INT capping at 305 even though it lets my WIS go up to 355? Is this fixable? Or just another "wait for 2.5 and see if it fixes" situation

I have never seen or heard of this bug before. What characters seem to be having this problem for you? Are you sure you just don't have less than 305 intelligence?

Hmmm well so far I have tested this on another druid who has the same problem as you. If that makes you feel better.

Shamans also work the same. As well as Clerics.

Perhaps these 3 classes only need 325, 345, 365, 385 int to receive the spell crit from Tome of the Mind?

Int casters don't seem to work this way however, at least the enchanter I logged onto was able to surpass the 305 wis mark.

Hey Tevinter mentioned this to me ingame last night but I wanted confirmation- Susvain has 353 int according to Fomelo. I did Mind1 a long time ago and was told it didn't do anything for melee classes but apparently that is incorrect and it does actually give me 1% more spell crits. Can anyone confirm/deny how this works specifically for melees?

I remember Baxters augging with INT for a while. He seems to be using STR at the present time so maybe his experiment didnt work.
