Tome of the battle arts

Could something be done about the weight on this please?

It really is hard to find decent non-raid monk usable items/equipment that don't have a really high weight attached to them anymore.

For example, the tome in question:

now consider that the tome drops from something not readily doable by your average group and then consider that as a monk I'd like to be able to use the fruits of our efforts but I cant because putting this one item on would take up 15% of our total weight allowance.


Could the weight of this be something like the weight of eye of the warrior (0.1) or similar? or is there a specific reason for the high weight on this?
