Tome of Knowledge Bard Instruments

The instrument mods on a few items are outdated in the Tome of Knowledge Such as the Zorez' Ad going from 2.0 to 1.8, the Dragonspine Cutlass going from 1.5 to 1.8, and the Dijinni voice going from 1.8 to 1.6.
