TL confirmation box

I've tried a few different search variables, but come up with either no results or pages of results (none of which match my question)

So:

Is it possible to add a confirmation request box to the Mass TL spells?

That way it isnt do dangerous for the lower level characters who happen to get caught within the area of them by accident. (Some may not even know what Mass TL means) and it will prevent some griefing that I know has happened to others on at least one instance. *Guildmate was at the bank when someone cast Mass TL there*

Generally mass TL spells are only used by guilds when going out on a raid, and when they do this they make sure they are in an out of the way location.

PR for example gathers on the sand by the docks in SNP to do mass ports, normally nobody goes there
I might add that doing mass TL's at a bank is a pretty lame thing!

I'm pretty sure it's been stated that the conformation boxes were coded on the client side and thus can't be used. However I would think there'd be some sort of trigger the server could send to make a conformation box pop up, but I'm just speculating
