One of my characters (Cirun) is always told the R2 bounty has been done already, and only half of the R1 bounties show up for him. This has happened 3 days in a row so I am sure it isn't because I've already done them. I always 2box the bounties and my other character hasn't had any issues and has been able to do 6 bounties that Cirun couldn't get.
