Quest = Underhill faction repair via Bounty Reconciliator
issue = guards hate me still but citizens now dubious after completion
i completed the required number of the rank 1 "tinkering mad" bounty to repair my faction on Faylahs.
Upon finally visiting underhill i found that guards were still threateningly towards me but the citizens were now dubious.
not sure if this can be fixed for me but the faction repair should also repair the guard faction for those who may need to do it in the future.
